Steve Eisenberg, Managing Director

Mr. Eisenberg is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, finance and development and with Mr. D’Amico, founded Reunion Power in 2000. Mr. Eisenberg has fifteen years of experience in power project development and project finance and more than ten years in commercial and investment banking and corporate finance. Mr. Eisenberg was a lead developer for the eight power projects developed by the Kamine-Besicorp partnership with specific emphasis on fuel, power sales, local issues and project finance.

Mr. Eisenberg holds a BS in Economics from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Andrew D’Amico, Principal

Mr. D’Amico is responsible for the operational and technical side of the business. Mr. D’Amico has over twenty years of experience in power project engineering, project development and project operations. Prior to forming Reunion with Mr. Eisenberg, Mr. D’Amico was President of Kamine International Power Corp. and earlier led day-to-day activities at Kamine Development Corp. as its Executive VP, General Manager during which time Kamine successfully realized approximately 440MW of gas turbine, combined cycle power generation facilities.

Mr. D’Amico holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA in Management from Manhattan College.

Marc Dworkin, Project Manager

Mr. Dworkin joined Reunion Power in 2005. Mr. Dworkin has over twenty-three years of experience in the independent power industry. Prior to joining Reunion Power, Mr. Dworkin held positions with LS Power, NRG Energy, United American Energy and Ebasco Services where he was responsible for design, construction, operation and management of nuclear, fossil and hydroelectric generation and transmission systems. As Project Manager of Reunion’s wind portfolio, Marc has profit and loss responsibility for two projects totaling over 200 MW, including directing financial issues, three PPA’s and two O&M Agreements while adding value through operational optimization and contractual opportunities.

Mr. Dworkin holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and an MBA from Rutgers University, Graduate School of Management. Back to top



Jim Mirenda, Development Manager

Mr. Mirenda joined Reunion Power in 2007 with extensive experience in financial and investment management. At Reunion he is responsible for key components of project development, including interacting with various counterparties and stakeholders. Mr. Mirenda has held sales and analyst positions with Aubrey G. Lanston and IBM. Most recently Mr. Mirenda was a Managing Director with Manchester Capital Management, LLC where he was responsible for the management of investment portfolios including socially responsible, timber, and energy related investments.

Mr. Mirenda has a BS in Finance from Lehigh University, an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and is a Certified Financial Planner. Back to top



Joan DeVinny, Financial Manager

Ms. DeVinny joined Reunion Power in 2005.  Ms. DeVinny has over 25 years of experience in financial administration. Prior to joining Reunion Power, Ms. DeVinny held positions with Garan, Inc. Berlex Laboratories and Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics where she managed programs to ensure accurate and timely financial information for decision making and financial controls. As Financial Manager, Ms. DeVinny is responsible for financial statement preparation, analysis, financial controls and administration.

Ms. DeVinny holds a BS degree in Economics from Queens College and an MBA in Accounting from St. John's University. Back to top



Sandy Gordon, Representative

Mr. Gordon joined Reunion Power in 2007 with extensive experience in agriculture and local government. At Reunion Mr. Gordon is responsible for various aspects of wind power project development including landowner and local government relations.

Mr. Gordon, a strong advocate for renewable energy and agriculture, has been a lifelong farmer in New York State. In addition Mr. Gordon has been involved in local government since the early 1980's serving in both appointed and elected positions.

Mr. Gordon studied agricultural business at State University of New York at Cobleskill and has a BA in Public Affairs from the University at Albany. Back to top



Marion Trieste, Community Outreach & Public Relations

Ms. Trieste has been a member of Reunion's development team since 2004 and has established successful community outreach and public relations activities for Reunion's wind energy projects. Ms. Trieste is currently President of Trieste Associates, a company that specializes in forming partnerships among the various stakeholders affected by environmental decisions, and which works to find mutually beneficial, cost effective solutions that protect human health and the environment. The company's services include public and media relations, strategic planning, community event planning, and public education. Ms. Trieste has over 22 years of experience working on environmental issues including over ten years of experience as a staff member of the Sierra Club and Scenic Hudson.

Ms. Trieste holds a BS in Wildlife Management from the University of Wyoming. Back to top



Andrew Eisenberg, CTO

Mr. Eisenberg has served as Reunion Power's Chief Technology Officer since 2003, providing solutions for essential business processes and custom application development.

Mr. Eisenberg is the Director and founder of MassMedium LLC, a company that provides out-source technical solutions to clientele within a wide variety of industries including energy and bio-tech. In 2007 MassMedium created a new division, Green iTea Energy Applications to serve the technical needs of the renewable energy industry. Green iTea has developed a suite of software titles for operational wind farms and wind farm projects under development.

Mr. Eisenberg has over 7 years of experience working on software development & technical consulting.

Mr. Eisenberg holds a BFA from Tufts University. Back to top
