>Back to all Projects East Hill Wind Farm The East Hill Wind Farm, under development, would be situated on hills locally known for their exceptional winds, approximately three miles east of the Village of Cherry Valley in Northern Otsego County. The wind farm would be capable of supplying one and a half time the number of homes in Otsego County with clean, reliable electricity and at the same time reduce the regions dependence on oil, gas, and coal fuel sources.
